What is Greek Hummus Made Of?

This Greek Hummus takes a traditional Middle-Eastern hummus recipe and adds in a combination of cherry tomatoes, olives, sliced red onions, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and topped with creamy feta cheese.

Ingredients Needed To Make Loaded Greek Hummus

  • Easy Hummus Recipe (or store bought)
  • NatureSweet Constellation® medley tomatoes
  • red onion
  • pepperoncini peppers
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

How To Make Loaded Greek Hummus Recipe

In a shallow bowl or serving platter, spread the hummus. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.

Next, in a large bowl, mix together the NatureSweet Constellation® medley tomatoes halved, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss until combined. Place on top of the hummus. Sprinkle on the Feta cheese and enjoy!

Loaded Greek Hummus

Greek Hummus is super quick and easy to make. Dress up a hummus recipe with all the Greek flavors like: NatureSweet cherry tomatoes, olives, red onions, pepperoncini peppers, olive oil and feta!

Ingredients 

  • 2 c Homemade Hummus or store bought
  • 1/4 c black olives sliced
  • 1 1/2 c NatureSweet Constellation® Medley Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • 4-5 pepperoncini peppers sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
