Ingredients Needed for this Copycat Crumbl Blackberry Cookie Recipe
  • Butter – you can use salted or unsalted. I prefer to use salted in cookies.
  • Powdered & Granulated Sugars – this helps to make the cookie soft, light and airy.
  • Lemon & Vanilla Extract – using the lemon juice packs the sugar cookie full of lemony flavor and every cookie needs vanilla extract!
  • Egg – be sure to use an egg that’s at room temperature.
  • Flour – you’ll want to use all purpose flour.
  • Salt – cut this to an 1/8 of a teaspoon if you are using salted butter.
  • Baking powder – the leavening agent in this cookie recipe.
  • Cream Cheese – again, room temperature is important here to get a nice smooth consistency.
  • Naturipe® Blackberries – fresh from the produce department.
