how to keep fruit salads from turning brown?

We highly recommend using citrus fruits. They won’t turn brown when exposed to the air. If you do add fruits that turn brown easily, just simply toss with a citrus juice (orange, lemon, lime, etc.) previous to combining with other fruits to slow the oxidation.
