What You Need To Make Blueberry Sauce
- Fresh Blueberries – you can also use frozen blueberries!
- Sugar
- Cornstarch
- Lemon juice
- Water
- Butter

How To Make Blueberry Sauce
In a sauce pan, whisk together the sugar and cornstarch.
Next, add in the water and 2 cups of blueberries.
Over medium heat, heat the mixture up until the blueberries begin to soften and break apart a bit. Remove from the heat when you get the consistency of jam or the sauce sticks to the back of the spoon.
Add in 1 cup of fresh blueberries along with the butter and mix until the butter has melted through.

- 1/4 c granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 3 cups fresh blueberries divided
- 1/4 c cold water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter

- In a sauce pan, whisk together the sugar and cornstarch.
- Next, add in the water and 2 cups of blueberries.
- Over medium heat, heat the mixture up until the blueberries begin to soften and break apart a bit. Remove from the heat when you get the consistency of jam or the sauce sticks to the back of the spoon.

- You can either serve warm or store in the refrigerator and serve cold.
