  • All-purpose flour, for dusting
  • 8 oz crescent dough sheet – You can use 1 can of crescent rolls, make sure that you pinch the seems together before cutting
  • 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce – If you’d like you can double or triple our Cranberry, Blueberry and Strawberry Sauce or our Cherry-Cranberry Sauce recipes and use instead of cranberry sauce! Then simply use the sauce as a side and in this Cranberry Brie Bite recipe!
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • 12 Pecans, for garnsih

How to Make Cranberry Brie Bites

Prepare the Dough

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

Roll Out Dough: Lightly dust your countertop with flour. Roll out the crescent dough sheet. If using crescent rolls, pinch the seams together to form one long sheet.

Assemble the Bites

Cut Dough: Cut the dough into 12 equal squares. Gently place each square into the muffin tin slots, pressing down slightly to create a cup shape.

Add Brie: Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place a piece inside each dough square.
