8ozcrescent dough sheet You can use 1 can of crescent rolls, make sure that you pinch the seems together before cutting
8ozwheel of brie cheese
1cupwhole berry cranberry sauce
Fresh rosemary sprigsfor garnish
12Pecansfor garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Roll Out Dough: Lightly dust your countertop with flour. Roll out the crescent dough sheet. If using crescent rolls, pinch the seams together to form one long sheet.
Assemble the Bites
Cut Dough: Cut the dough into 12 equal squares. Gently place each square into the muffin tin slots, pressing down slightly to create a cup shape.
Add Brie: Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place a piece inside each dough square.
