Why isn’t the chocolate sticking to the strawberries?

When washing your strawberries, you want to ensure they are completely dry. If there is any water on the strawberry, it won’t allow the chocolate to stick.

Once the chocolate is the color you are looking for, dip the strawberry into the chocolate and immediately add candy eyes. If icing hardens too fast, just add a little melted chocolate to eyes as a glue. Repeat the process for as many Frankenstein strawberries as you’d like to create.
