How do you make tropical fruit salad?

Start by preparing your fruits. First, you must always wash your produce. You want to cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces so that it is easy to mix and eat. Once your fruit is prepared, dump it into a large bowl and set aside. In a small bowl or mason jar, combine the honey, lime zest and lime juice. Then, drizzle it on top of your tropical fruit salad. Stir to combine and enjoy! It’s really that simple!

  • 2 Desbry® Tropical Avocados, cubed – keep skins to serve salad
  • 1 Dragon Fruit, cubed
  • 1 Mango, peeled & diced
  • 1 PinkGlow® Pineapple, diced
  • 4-6 kumquats, thinly sliced
  • 1 Starfruit
  • ⅓ cup shredded coconut

Dressing

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

How to Make Tropical Fruit Salad

In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.

In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice and zest together. Drizzle dressing over the top of the fresh fruit.

Gently toss to combine. Let it sit for 20 minutes before serving.
