Are you a fan of garlic? If so, roasted garlic in the air fryer is a great way to make it without much fuss. There’s no heating up the kitchen since you are using a kitchen top appliance, an air fryer.

If you don’t have an Air Fryer, you can also roast garlic in the Slow Cooker or even the oven.

Did you know that roasted garlic is easier to digest? It’s true! You can enjoy a lot more garlic if it is completely cooked.

Add Roasted Garlic To

You can enjoy the garlic directly from the heads, in pasta dishes, on pizza, mixed in mashed potatoes, mashed up and spread over toasted garlic bread, mixed into melted butter or even mix it into your favorite sour cream or dip.
