Why This Cocktail Is Pure Magic

This recipe is built around gorgeous, flavor-infused ice cubes. As they chill your drink, they slowly melt, releasing bursts of fresh orange, tart cranberry, and a hint of fragrant rosemary into your chilled Prosecco or Champagne.

  • Visually Stunning: The cubes themselves are miniature works of art, guaranteed to impress your guests.
  • Built-in Flavor: The drink gets more delicious as you sip.
  • Simple to Serve: Once the cubes are frozen, assembly is as easy as dropping a cube and pouring the bubbly!

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I use fresh or frozen fruit?

You can use either! Fresh fruit is great for visual appeal and fresh flavor. Wash it well and cut it into small pieces that fit the tray. Frozen fruit works, too; you can thaw it slightly before adding it to the tray, or use it frozen.

How long do infused ice cubes last in the freezer?

While the cubes will remain frozen indefinitely, their peak flavor and aroma, especially for herbs and citrus, will begin to fade after about 2–3 weeks.

The Produce Moms Tip

Storage Tip: Store them in an airtight container or freezer bag after they are fully frozen to prevent them from absorbing odors from the freezer. Label them with the flavor and date.

What else can I use infused ice cubes in?

They are a wonderful addition to almost any drink!
