Celebrate Hanukkah with a Menorah Vegetable Platter. This Hanukkah Veggie Tray is as easy as it is festive!

Hanukkah Veggie Tray

First, start by creating a base for your menorah out of your favorite colorful veggies. We like to use carrot sticks and snap peas. Use asparagus to represent the candles. Use sliced radishes to create the flames on each candle. Serve with a veggie dip of your choice. Ranch dressing is always a crowd favorite!

Use fresh green beans.You can even turn this Menorah Vegetable Platter into a fruit tray by substituting the veggies for your favorite fruits. Here are some suggestions for alternative produce items:

ORANGE = Carrots, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Roasted Squash, Oranges, Cantaloupe, Apricot, Papaya, etc.
GREEN = Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Asparagus, Snap Peas, Honeydew, Kiwi, Grapes, Apples
RED= Radishes, Apples, Grapes, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Raspberries
