It’s sinfully sweet, but without the sugar crash that accompanies most breakfast sweets. Both kids and parents love it!

Mango Walnut Powerhouse Smoothie

This smoothie contains several nutrient powerhouses, hence the name. Did you know that kiwi is the world’s most nutrient-dense fruit? Bite-for-bite, it has more vitamins, minerals, and nutritional benefits than any other fruit in the world!

Mango is the most popular fruit in the world! Loved for its sweet flavor and pulpy flesh, mango is also ripe with nutritional benefits. Mangos contain over twenty different vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, C, and B6. They are also a good source of fiber and folate.

Bananas, of course, are known for their potassium but they are also a good source of several antioxidants and phytonutrients. In addition to potassium, they contain fiber and vitamins C and B6.

Walnuts might be small but they are mighty when it comes to health benefits! They have more alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), the plant-based omega-3 fatty acid, than any other tree nut. They also contain protein, fiber, and magnesium. Along with rolled oats, the walnuts in this smoothie will help suppress hunger and keep you full and energized all morning long.
