A fun twist on your favorite breakfast, these sheet pan apple pancakes are sweetened with some delicious Honeycrisp apples from Crunch Pak.
Everyone loves pancakes. However, we often want to avoid the fussiness that comes along with making them. These sheet pan apple pancakes are easy-to-make and avoids the messiness of traditional pancakes! Plus, you can get the rest of your breakfast ready while this is baking in the oven.
Can You Make Sheet Pan Pancakes with a Mix?
Yes, you can make these sheet pan apple pancakes with your favorite pancake mix. Just follow the directions on the mix and make sure you have enough for the size of your sheet pan. We just recommend that you don’t forget to use the Crunch Pak apple slices!
Ingredients for Sheet Pan Apple Pancakes
- Crunch Pak Honeycrisp Apple Slices
- Flour
- Ground Flax
- Baking Powder
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Eggs
- Milk
- Vanilla
- Maple Syrup
- Butter
- Sugar
How to Make Sheet Pan Apple Pancakes
- Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 13 x 18 sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk together flour, flax, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In a bowl, beat together eggs, 4 tbsps melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk.
- Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients. Pour into the sheet pan and spread evenly.
- Arrange sliced apple over the top of the batter and brush with melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake 20 โ 22 minutes until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with extra fresh apple slices, ice cream or caramel sauce. Enjoy!!

- 1 pack Crunch Pak Honeycrisp Apple Slices
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 Tbsp Ground Flax
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
