What Ingredients are in Roasted Chickpeas?
- 1 Can of Chickpeas (15.5oz)
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ Tsp Cumin
- ¼ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil for Chickpeas
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil for Pan in Oven
How Do I Make Roasted Chickpeas?
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a pan large enough to spread the chickpeas out. Place the pan in the oven to get hot (approximately 10 minutes).
Toss chickpeas, seasonings and 1tbsp oil in a bowl and make sure they are coated well.
Carefully add the chickpeas to the hot pan. Let bake for 25 minutes.
