In this case, the tart is made using Bright Lightsยฎ from Salad Savoy. Bright Lightsยฎ is their name for what is commonly known as rainbow swiss chard. The colorful leaves of the Bright Lightsยฎ add a beautiful touch to the tart, and the whole dish comes together with lots of healthy nutrients. Plus, it is full of flavor and great taste.
What does Swiss Chard Taste Like?

Can Swiss Chard Tart Be Frozen?
Yes, the swiss chard tart can be frozen. Once the tart has cooled completely, you can move it to an airtight freezer safe container or to a freezer bag. Remove all the air from the freezer bag or place a piece of plastic wrap over the container to prevent freezer burn. The tart can last for up to 3 months.
When ready to eat, thaw at room temperature for an hour or reheat in the oven or microwave.
Can I Use Other Cheese?
This recipe uses ricotta, swiss cheese and gruyere. If you wanted to use a different cheese, you certainly could. You can add parmesan cheese, or you can also use cheddar cheese or goat cheese.

In addition to changing the cheese in this recipe, there are other ways that you can change things up to fit the flavors you are looking for in this dish.
