I love anything oven roasted.  I know I usually sing the praises of oven roasted veggies, but don’t overlook oven roasting your fruits!  One of my favorite oven roasted fruits is GRAPES.  They become ultra sweet & are beyond versatile!  I’ve enjoyed them solo, on top of my oatmeal, drizzled with balsamic & served over baby spinach, mixed with blue cheese & used as a steak topper… seriously.  There are no rules in the kitchen.  Be adventurous!  Oven roasted grapes are kinda like your favorite black shirt.  They go well with everything ๐Ÿ˜‰

Notes

Serve oven roasted grape clusters warm & eat directly from the vine. ย Also wonderful de-stemmed & served with vanilla yogurt, as a topping for oven roasted meats, as a compliment to blanched green beans, and much more.
