Oven Roasted Grapes

I love anything oven roasted. I know I usually sing the praises of oven roasted veggies, but don’t overlook oven roasting your fruits! One of my favorite oven roasted fruits is GRAPES. They become ultra sweet & are beyond versatile! I’ve enjoyed them solo, on top of my oatmeal, drizzled with balsamic & served over baby spinach, mixed with blue cheese & used as a steak topper… seriously. There are no rules in the kitchen. Be adventurous! Oven roasted grapes are kinda like your favorite black shirt. They go well with everything 😉

Ingredients
- 1 lb grape seedless
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 5 sprigs thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Using kitchen scissors, separate grapes into small clusters. Arrange grape clusters in a single layer on a baking sheet. Top with sprigs of fresh thyme. Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes. Grape skins will be slightly crisp & flavor will be intensely sweet!
Notes
Serve oven roasted grape clusters warm & eat directly from the vine. Also wonderful de-stemmed & served with vanilla yogurt, as a topping for oven roasted meats, as a compliment to blanched green beans, and much more.
Enjoy!
