Using kitchen scissors, separate grapes into small clusters. Arrange grape clusters in a single layer on a baking sheet. Top with sprigs of fresh thyme. Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast for 10-15 minutes. Grape skins will be slightly crisp & flavor will be intensely sweet!
Notes
Serve oven roasted grape clusters warm & eat directly from the vine. Also wonderful de-stemmed & served with vanilla yogurt, as a topping for oven roasted meats, as a compliment to blanched green beans, and much more.
