Kombucha Mocktails with Benefits

Raise your hand if you are consuming more alcohol than you’d like during quarantine? It’s okay, a lot of us are. We’re home 24/7, many of us juggling parenting and working simultaneously an impossible feat. It’s hard and not normal at all. And we know that itt’s easy to grab that bottle of wine or cocktail as soon as the clock strikes 5. It’s a slippery slope during a pandemic.  Maybe it’t time for some mocktails!

It’s been fun drinking like we did in our 20’s. After a couple of months of this though, you might be thinking about slowing it down a bit.

A great way to decrease the amount of booze you are drinking, while still enjoying something special as a treat at the end of the day (you deserve it!), is to replace that evening drink with a hand-crafted non-alcoholic cocktail.

The Benefits of Kombucha

For an added benefit, consider including kombucha as an ingredient. Not familiar with kombucha? It is a fermented tea drink that is fizzy, refreshing and full of probiotics, B-vitamins and amino acids. It’s great for your gut, can help boost your mood and give you a little energy.

Do yourself a favor and try these recipes from. Your belly and brain will thank you in the morning.

We chose to use Circle Kombucha, it’s tastefully balanced and low in sugar! Not familiar with Circle? You can find a place near you that carries their delicious kombucha here. Don’t have a location near you? You can order it for delivery here.
