- 3 Tbsp butter
- 8 cloves galic minced
- 1 pkg Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine
- 2 handfuls arugula
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- In a large skillet, melt butter over high heat. Add garlic and remove from heat.
- Add the Kohlrabi Linguine and arugula to the garlic butter. Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a large bowl and top with more cheese and extra brown bits from the skillet. Serve.
