Kohlrabi “Linguine” with Arugula and Parmesan


  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 8 cloves galic minced
  • 1 pkg Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • Parmesan cheese to taste


  • In a large skillet, melt butter over high heat. Add garlic and remove from heat.
  • Add the Kohlrabi Linguine and arugula to the garlic butter. Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer to a large bowl and top with more cheese and extra brown bits from the skillet. Serve.
