Kohlrabi “Linguine” with Arugula and Parmesan

Mann's Kohlrabi Linguine
2
handfuls
arugula
Parmesan cheese
to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over high heat. Add garlic and remove from heat.
Add the Kohlrabi Linguine and arugula to the garlic butter. Top with shaved parmesan cheese.
Transfer to a large bowl and top with more cheese and extra brown bits from the skillet. Serve.
