This Grilled Peach Salad is the most refreshing summer salad recipe. The peaches are grilled until a golden crust is developed, served over arugula, roasted pecans, goat cheese and covered with a homemade honey dijon vinaigrette dressing.

Grilled Peach Salad

If you have never grilled peaches, we challenge you to do it soon! The golden crust that is formed and the caramelization from the natural sugars found in peaches make them a warm treat your entire family will enjoy.

Does grilling peaches soften them?

Not only does the heat of the grill bring out the natural sugars in peaches it also softens the peach. You end up with a sweet, slightly caramelized and soft peach. The key to grilling peaches is to cut them in half or slices and remove the pit.

Can I cook unripe peaches?

Yes! When peaches aren’t ripe and you are craving a peach, the heat will soften the flesh and the skin of the peach.
