Burrata with Balsamic Cherries and Mint
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cherries pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup mint finely chopped
- 6 tbsp balsamic glaze
- sea salt to taste
- 12 oz burrata cheese
- 1 crusty baguette
Instructions
- Mix cherries, mint, balsamic glaze and sea salt together.
- Place the burrata cheese on a cheese board. Top cheese with cherry and mint mixture. Garnish with whole mint leaves. Serve with a crusty baguette.
