What Makes this Pomegranate Salsa Easy To Make

Juicy Gems Pomegranate Arils are bought in a container so there’s no need to hassle with the entire pomegranate! Simply adding in the arils makes this Pomegranate Salsa recipe that much easier to make!

How do I make the Pomegranate Salsa Spicier?

If you enjoy heat in salsa, keep the ribs and seeds on the jalapeño when you are dicing it.. The heat of a jalapeño comes from the white rib and the seeds!

Recipe Ingredients: Juicy Gems Pomegranate Arils, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime, salt, honey and olive oil

Ingredients Needed to Make Pomegranate Salsa

  • 2 containers of 8 oz. Juicy Gems Pomegranate Arils
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (ribs + seeds removed)
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • ⅓ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of kosher salt
  • 1 juice of a lime
  • 2 tbsp honey

How to Make Pomegranate Salsa

In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, salt, and olive oil.

After that, in a large bowl place the Juicy Gems Pomegranate Arils, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño.

Pour the lime mixture over the pomegranate mixture and stir until coated.

Serve and enjoy!

How to Serve this Pomegranate Salsa Recipe

One of our favorite ways to serve this beautiful Pomegranate Salsa recipe is with tortilla chips. However, it can also be served with pita chips or pretzel thins. And if you have the time, homemade tortilla chips warm out of the oven are a wonderful thing for your taste buds! You can also use it as a topping for meats or tacos. The possibilities are endless.

How to Store Pomegranate Salsa

If you have any leftover Pomegranate Salsa, it can be stored in a glass container with an air-tight lid. It will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
