  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place brie on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. While the brie is baking, combine orange juice, sugar, cranberries, and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for ten minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir occasionally.
  4. Remove brie from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Spoon cranberry-citrus sauce over the brie and top with pomegranate arils and walnuts.
