This sweet baked brie recipe is no exception. It takes just minutes to assemble and fifteen minutes to bake. The result is an ooey-gooey wheel of brie covered with a cranberry-citrus sauce and topped with pomegranate seeds and walnut pieces.

Sweet Baked Brie with Pomegranates Cranberries, and Walnuts

Sweet baked brie with a cranberry-citrus sauce topped with pomegranate arils and walnut pieces.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place brie on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  • While the brie is baking, combine orange juice, sugar, cranberries, and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for ten minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir occasionally.
  • Remove brie from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Spoon cranberry-citrus sauce over the brie and top with pomegranate arils and walnuts.
