Want a colorful side dish to put on the table with ease? This Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower is so pretty and full of flavor that the whole family will enjoy!

This Air Fryer Cauliflower is tender, crisp and packed full of flavor. This cauliflower recipe will become a side dish staple once you recreate it in your own kitchen.

Air Frying vegetables has become one of our favorite ways to enjoy veggies. They are perfectly roasted, crispy on the outside and yet still tender. Not to mention, you don’t have to stand over the cauliflower as it cooks, the air fryer literally does the cooking for you. This allows you to focus on the main course. If you have yet to make vegetables in the air fryer, we highly recommend you trying it. Not only does it free up space in the oven, your house doesn’t heat up with the oven on and is a much healthier way to cook.

Variations to Roasted Cauliflower

Recipes are customizable and adapted to fit what your family loves. If you don’t enjoy the spices of paprika or garlic powder try these options:

  • Sprinkle a packet of dry ranch seasoning over the cauliflower along with olive oil.
  • Another great option would be to use some Italian seasoning. Most of us already have it on hand!
  • Buffalo sauce can be used once the cauliflower has roasted in the air fryer for a “buffalo” cauliflower.
