- 1 mango cubed
- 1 jicama cubed
- 1 shallot chopped
- 2 Jalapeños chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 2 pints blueberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 bag cinnamon pita chips

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango, jicama, shallot, jalapeños, red pepper, and blueberries.
- Add the lemon juice and salt and gently mix.
- Place salsa in serving dish and top with cilantro. Serve with cinnamon pita chips.
