Easy Blueberry Salsa

Ingredients 

  • 1 mango cubed
  • 1 jicama cubed
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 2 Jalapeños chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 2 pints blueberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 bag cinnamon pita chips

Instructions 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mango, jicama, shallot, jalapeños, red pepper, and blueberries.
  • Add the lemon juice and salt and gently mix.
  • Place salsa in serving dish and top with cilantro. Serve with cinnamon pita chips.
