Instructions
  1. Place each trimmed garlic bulb in a piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Spray or drizzle each bulb with olive oil.
  3. Wrap foil tightly around garlic bulbs.
  4. Cook on low heat in a slow cooker for 3 hours.
  5. Unwrap & allow garlic to cool slightly before handling.
  6. Squeeze garlic from bulbs. Cloves may stay intact or you can mash with a fork.
