If you tuned in to see me & Melissa’s Produce on Indy Style this week, you had the opportunity to enjoy the gorgeous sight of Melissa’s exotic fruits.

Melissa’s Produce truly is the industry leader when it comes to the exotic fruit category.  They are the largest distributor of specialty produce in the United States!  Melissa’s is heavily involved with consumer education, as well.  Look for their website to teach you how to use everything from Hatch Chiles to Jack Fruit…. and keep an eye on my social media, too.  I’ll be doing some Melissa’s Produce Cookbook giveaways over the next few weeks!  I absolutely love their latest cookbook; it focuses on the most nutrient-dense fruits & veggies!

Richard & I had fun cutting open the dragon fruit, kiwano & strawberry papayas for the Indy Style cameras.  And we also had fun putting together Melissa’s Chef Tom Fraker’s Fruit Salad, too.  It’s a very easy way to impress a crowd.  Super simple to prepare, delicious flavor, exotic ingredients.  Here’s your step-by-step.
