Ingredients for Microwave Cherry Cobbler

- Cherries
- Quick oats
- Butter
- Vanilla extract
- Flour
- Brown sugar
In fact, this recipe was developed late one night when The Produce Moms’ founder, Lori, had a craving for a warm, gooey, decadent dessert but didn’t want to wreck her kitchen in the middle of the night. Yes, late-night dessert emergencies are real as anyone with a sweet tooth knows!
How To Make Microwave Cherry Cobbler

It truly is as easy as it sounds. Arrange cherries in a microwave-safe coffee mug, leaving at least 1/2 inch of empty space at the top of mug. Then, top with the remaining ingredients. Cover with a paper towel.
Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Enjoy.

Even better than being quick, this dessert won’t completely wreck your diet! In fact, you can easily make it without sugar and the results are still so tasty thanks to the natural sweetness of PNW cherries!

- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp quick oats
- 1 tbsp butter cubed
- 1 tsp brown sugar packed (optional)

Wow! This was my first recipe using fresh cherries, and it’s easily one of the best desserts I have ever tasted. I would highly recommend this (: I like a lot of topping so I quadrupled the crumble recipe.

I just made this. I didn’t have regular flour, just coconut flour. It was nummy! just be careful because it is hot and you want to eat it all right away.
