Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Serving raw cauliflower is wonderful and delicious, but why not spend just a few extra minutes to prepare an exponentially tastier roasted cauliflower appetizer that is sure to be appreciated by the whole family!

Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower jacket and stem removed
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt salad dressing
Instructions
- Wash cauliflower & pat dry, using a knife, remove jacket (green leaves) and stem from the head.
- Place cleaned & trimmed head of cauliflower on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Using a pastry brush, coat the head of cauliflower with the greek yogurt dressing.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until cauliflower is golden brown.
- Slice wedges & serve.
