Sweet potato toast makes a delicious appetizer, snack, or breakfast.

Sweet Potato Toasts
Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- butter
- cinnamon sugar
- shredded chicken barbecue
- shredded cheese
- chives
- avocado
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- Italian seasonings
Instructions
- Slice sweet potato lengthwise into 1/4" slices.
- Place the sweet ptoato slices in a toaster on high. You may need to toast multiple times depending on your toaster.
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy. (See video for topping suggestions)
