FEEDBACK: These potatoes are becoming hard to find in southern Calif. Where can I fid them? Also, there is no zip strip to open the hot potato, how do I easily open them without burning my fingers?
LOVE the sheet pan recipes.
I would suggest talking to someone in your local produce department to request them. I sometimes use a towel to help hold my potato when I’m opening it up.
