Tired of the same old breakfast morning after morning? Jazz up your morning table with a new fruit favorite, Big Honeys®! They are a delicious addition to overnight oats.
We’ve been raving about Big Honeys®, dekopon mandarins from Trinity Fruit Company. In fact, we included them on our must-try items for 2021. These super-sized mandarins are super sweet, seedless, and easy to peel.
This exceptionally sweet citrus fruit is an unexpected and delightful addition to oatmeal. Combine them with SweetHeart Dried Pomegranate Seeds and you’ll feel like you’re eating breakfast at a resort someplace far and warm, even if you’re actually watching snow fall from the windows of your breakfast nook.
How to Make Big Honeys® Mandarin and Pomegranate Overnight Oats
Overnight oats have gained popularity because they make a filling breakfast that is simple to make. And because all the work is done the night before, you can grab and go in the morning. Prepare your mandarin and pomegranate overnight oats in a mason jar or a small lidded bowl so you can enjoy them in the car or at your desk.
To make, simply combine four ingredients: oats, milk of your choice, dried pomegranate seeds, and Big Honeys® in a jar. Cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, simply stir and enjoy.
