The following recipe is a basic preparation of Steamin’ Greensยฎ that can be served as a side dish or on top of a protein like chicken or steak.

Steamin' Greens

An easy, classic preparation of Steamin' Greensยฎ from Salad Savoy Corp.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups Steamin' Greens (Bright Lightsยฎ + Salad Savoyยฎ)
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 yellow onion chopped (optional)
  • 3-4 strips bacon chopped (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add Steamin' Greens to a large skillet. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add a splash of water and cover skillet with lid. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Add chopped garlic, onion, and/or bacon if desired. Serve immediately.
