How to Make Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade

Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade is easy to make, but requires some prep beforehand. Fresh blackberries help give this drink character a dashing presentation, but blackberry simple syrup gives it the full berry flavor.

A refreshing summer drink

Start this drink by making the syrup. All you need is sugar, water, and berries. Cook the mixture down, then strain it in a fine mesh strainer to produce a smooth syrup. Our recipe makes a lot of syrup, making it perfect for summer evening get-togethers.

Making the drink itself is simple! Muddle all of the ingredients except the bourbon. The flavors should mix together nicely while still leaving tasty bits of leaves and berries to float in the drink. Add the bourbon and shake the drink, then pour it over ice. This drink is sure to impress your guests!
