Ingredients Needed For Bacon Guacamole Keto Fat Bombs

  • 2 large avocados from Westfalia Fruit
  • 4 large slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened at room temperature
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1/2 small white onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Westfalia Fruit Avocado Oil
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (or more to taste)
  • 1-2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare Bacon:

  • Preheat your oven to 410ยฐF (210ยฐC). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Lay the bacon strips out flat on the baking paper, ensuring they donโ€™t overlap.

Cook the Bacon:

  • Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is golden brown and crispy. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your bacon slices.

  • 2 large Westfalia Fruit avocados
