Spiked Ice Pops: A new way to enjoy a strawberry daiquiri!

Boozy ice pops, aka poptails, are half cocktail, half dessert, and 100% fun! Take advantage of the plump, sweet strawberries hitting the produce department and whip up these delicious Strawberry Daiquiri Ice Pops.

Strawberry Daiquiri Ice Pops

These ice pops are refreshingly sweet and have an amazing texture! They aren’t rock hard like many ice pops — you know, the ones you nearly chip a tooth on when you take a bite? These have a softer, velvety texture. Give them a try and you’ll see what we mean!

This poptail recipe couldn’t be any easier! It requires just 4 ingredients: strawberries, lime juice, rum, and agave nectar. Simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender and pour the mixture into ice pop bags, like these from Zipsicle.  Pop them in the freezer and serve once they are frozen through.
