Burrata is a buttery cheese made from a mix of mozzarella and cream. It has a thin shell that contains a soft, velvety center. You can find it in the specialty cheese section at your grocery store. It pairs very well with both fruits and vegetables.

To make this appetizer, place the burrata cheese on a cheese board and top with a mixture of cherries, balsamic glaze, and mint. Serve with slices of baguette. Watch the following video to see how truly easy this refined appetizer is to make.
