  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425. Mix together ricotta and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast 5-7 minutes. Rub slices with garlic clove.
  3. Spread slices liberally with the ricotta mixture. Sprinkle with honey and thyme. Serve warm and enjoy!
