Tomato Salsa

 This easy tomato salsa recipe can be made in minutes! Serve with chips as an appetizer or use on top of baked chicken or white fish. Any way you serve it, you’ll love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 2 tomato diced (medium-sized vine tomatoes recommended)
  • 1/4 red pepper diced
  • 2 tbsp coriander whole, fresh
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • basil leaves fresh

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season to taste.
