Sweet Bell Pepper Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cucumber small
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt vanilla
- 1/4 cup pineapple fresh
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Wash all produce and dice into small pieces
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the mixture liquefies
- Check consistency, add more water or orange juice if desired
