Ingredients
Asian Dressing
- 1-1/2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Salad
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 12 oz medium shrimp cooked, peeled, chilled
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- Using a Spiralizerยฎ, make zucchini noodles.
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss.
