Super quick and super delicious Bell Pepper Salad!
Bell Pepper Salad is a summer staple! It’s a must-have for all your summer picnics and grill outs. It goes great with just about anything but is especially pleasing with paired with grilled foods.
Bell Pepper Salad takes only a few minutes to put together so it’s a great choice when you need to whip up something last minute, like for those impromptu backyard parties with the neighbors. Chances are, you have most of the ingredients needed!
Store any leftovers in the fridge and pack it in your lunchbox for work the following day. The flavors and textures hold up well, making it a lunchbox favorite!
Bell Pepper Salad
Ingredients
- 2-3 sweet bell pepper seeded and sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives halved and pitted
- 1 pkg grape tomato
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra-virgin
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Toss Peppers with Olives, Tomatoes, Oil, Vinegar and Salt in a large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
