How to Make this Pork Sheet Pan with Sweet Potatoes and Apples

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut and cube the Wada Farms’ sweet potatoes and slice the Honeycrisp apples. Make your sauce (see recipe below).

Place the sweet potatoes and apples on a sheet pan and lay the pork chops on top. Drizzle the pork chops with the sauce.

Bake for 15 minutes and then remove from oven, flip the pork chops, sweet potatoes, and apples. Add the walnuts. Bake for 15 more minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

Now it’s time to plate! Place each pork chop on a bed of sweet potatoes, apples, and walnuts and dig in!

Ingredients 

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 large Wada Farms' Sweet Potatoes cubed
  • 2 large Honeycrisp apples
  • 1 cup walnuts halved
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, and line sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Cut and cube Wada Farmsโ€™ Sweet Potatoes, lay on sheet pan.
  • Cut and slice apples, and lay next to the sweet potatoes on the sheet pan.
  • Lay pork chops on sheet pan.
  • In a bowl, make the sauce by whisking together Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Brown Sugar and Sea Salt.
  • Pour sauce over pork chops, sweet potatoes & apples on the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and flip pork chops, sweet potatoes and apples.
  • Add walnuts to the sheet pan, and bake for 15 more minutes or until the pork is no longer pink.
  • Plate pork chops, sweet potatoes, apples and walnuts, and enjoy!
