Introducing your new favorite salad! Plum and Blackberry Grain Salad is bursting with flavor while providing tons of nutrition.

Plum and Blackbery Grain Salad

Ripe, juicy plums, crunchy almonds, and sweet blackberries lie on a bed of mixed greens and quinoa and are sprinkled with goat cheese and drizzled with a red wine vinaigrette. This salad has it all, from sweet fruit to savory toppings and crunchy textures.

Did you know that one medium-sized plum has just seventy calories? It also contains twenty percent of your daily vitamin C intake as well as plenty of fiber and vitamin A. Blackberries have one of the highest antioxidant contents per serving of any food! And we all know that greens contain essential dietary nutrients.

Of course, almonds and quinoa, an ancient grain, have their own health benefits. But we mostly love how they will help keep you full long after you’re finished eating this salad.
