Passion Fruit and Raspberry Blended Ice
Ingredients
- 4 cups raspberries frozen
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp frozen
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Place raspberries, passionfruit, 3/4 cup sugar, and lime juice into a blender, and purée until very well blended.
- Taste mixture for tartness, and add more sugar if necessary, blending well.
- Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the raspberry seeds. (Optional)
- If the sorbet is not the desired texture you may add some crushed ice.
