Cheese-Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

  • 7 oz mini pepper
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese


  • Wash and cut tops from peppers (save tops).
  • Mix goat and cream cheese.
  • Stuff pepper cavities with cheese mixture.
  • Replace tops, they will stick on peppers with cheese.
  • Bake on baking sheet in 350°F oven for 15 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
