Father’s Day Grilled Veggie Tray

Father’s Day is synonymous with grilling so why not celebrate dad with a grilled veggie tray? It’s easy, delicious, and dad will love it!
We have suggested zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, and asparagus but feel free to make your own combination using your dad’s favorite veggies. Other great options include eggplant, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, artichoke, mushrooms, and onions.
Father's Day Grilled Veggie Tray
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 lb asparagus
- 1 red bell pepper
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice and cut vegetables as desired.
- Grill over medium heat until cooked through and grill marks appear, turning occasionally.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place veggies on tray and serve while warm.
