Dill Pickle Guacamole

Are you a guacamole superfan? Are pickles one of your go-to snacks? If so, you’re going to love this unique recipe for Dill Pickle Guacamole.

While a classic guacamole dip is always appreciated, sometimes it’s nice to mix things up. Adding pickles, pickle juice, dill weed, and a few other spices to mashed avocados does just that. The result is a creamy guac with crunchy pickles — full of unexpectedly delicious flavors!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium avocados
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 2/3 cup pickles chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp dill weed (dried dill)

Instructions

  • Mash avocados to your desired consistency.
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • Garnish with more chopped pickles and serve with Fritos/Corn Chips.
