- 1 Sage Fruit Gala Apple chopped
- 1 Sage Fruit Granny Smith Apple chopped
- 16 oz baby greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup red cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 Lemon (juice only)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Before serving, pour dressing over top salad and toss.
