Apple Pecan Salad

Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 Sage Fruit Gala Apple chopped
  • 1 Sage Fruit Granny Smith Apple chopped
  • 16 oz baby greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 Lemon (juice only)

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Before serving, pour dressing over top salad and toss.
